One of the most frustrating things about having a disability is that you gain a lot of weight and you really struggle to lose it. AAAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been trying to lose weight for heaven knows how long now but nothing seems to be working at all. The problem is that I probably have the bone structure of a six year old yet I have the body of a twenty-five year old. I feel the weight especially in my legs, my feet and the strain on my spine. It is real man, this struggle is too real. What’s really frustrating is that there aren’t any specialised gyms for people with disabilities well at least I have not come across any. Joining a gym is pointless because I won’t be able to use half the equipment anyways. I once consulted a personal trainer who quoted a high price and I was just like ooooooooook never mind then. It’s really hard because I can’t just go out for a run or a walk cause that doesn’t help and I will probably end up with blisters on my hands. Man I’m so frustrated, I wish I could just lose all this weight overnight cause seriously the back pains especially in the morning are no fun at all and also my feet sometimes play up. AAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHH gosh I’m so over this, I need divine intervention ASAP cause this struggle is too REAL !!!!!!
